West & East Daily Parking Decks

Considerations for safety, function, ventilation, economy, maintenance, replication, a future APM, and a prominent location resulted in a design solution that extends beyond the boundaries of conventional parking deck design. The decks total 2,250,000 SF and provide 6,000 parking spaces. The project received a 2006 NC AIA Honor Award & an IALD National Award of Merit.

Business Valet Parking Deck

The project consists of a 3,200 space deck with a bus drop-off canopy at a location convenient for business travelers. A 6,000 SF amenities area contains the Business Valet Services and is designed to accommodate a future coffee shop and remote check-in kiosks.

Rental Car / Hourly Parking Deck

The 7-level parking structure contains 4,000 parking spaces for hourly use and 3,000 spaces for rental car ready/return and QTA functions. The deck also contains a 30,000 SF customer service facility.
