Project Description

The Wilson Group designed this corporate hangar complex consisting of a 21,600 SF(180’x120’) hangar and a 7,200 SF two-story office building. The hangar features a Group II high- expansion foam-water fire protection system. The hangar can accommodate the tenant’s fleet consisting of two Citation X and one Falcon aircraft. Additional components of the project include an insulated exterior metal panel cladding system, an internally drained insulated metal roof, a humidity mediation system, static grounding, lightning protection, and a fuel farm.
